About the Role:


As the B2B Marketing Manager at Workstore Pvt Limited, you will drive lead generation and brand growth across our key verticals: Dyson hand dryers, cleaning equipment, lighting, office supplies, and gifting solutions. You will own and execute multi-channel campaigns, leveraging platforms like Meta, Google, and LinkedIn to attract high-quality B2B leads.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies tailored for B2B audiences.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align lead generation efforts and nurture prospects through the funnel.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline lead management and reporting.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.


Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on lead generation.
  • Proven expertise in Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn campaign management.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
