The ideal candidate would serve as the lead marketing executive. You will manage all marketing efforts including planning, research, advertising, communications and public relations in line with our objectives. 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for building Nano's brand, increasing student enrollments, and supporting franchisee growth.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, offline, and franchise channels.
  • Measure marketing program effectiveness and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in strategy and output
  • Organize department meetings, conduct personnel reviews, and attend managerial meetings
  • Participate in organization-wide strategy planning and expand our thinking around the role of marketing in achieving growth
  • Oversee marketing expenses and resources, including relationships with external vendors and advertising and media firms
  • Drive student enrollments through performance marketing, social media, and BTL activities.
  • Build a strong, differentiated brand that resonates with students, parents, and franchisees.
  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver measurable growth.
  • Support franchise partners with local marketing and launch campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Masters/ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing
  • 10+ years in marketing, with 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in education/edtech.
  • Expertise in digital marketing and brand building.
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills.
  • Excellent multitasking and project management skills
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, offline, and franchise channels.
