We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in B2B technology or cybersecurity sales support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads through outbound campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and campaign follow-ups.
- Identify and engage decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead data, interactions, and status.
- Work closely with the sales team to schedule meetings and transfer warm leads.
- Track and report KPIs related to outreach, conversions, and pipeline impact.
- Assist in developing lead generation strategies and email sequences.
- Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation or inside sales, preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity domain.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot/Zoho CRM, Apollo or similar platforms.
- Ability to research and understand customer pain points and tailor outreach accordingly.
- Proactive, target-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Fixed Monthly Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience and skillset).
- Commission Model:
- compensation per qualified lead converted into opportunity.
