We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Lead Generation Specialist
with
2+ years of experience
working with
US and UK clients
. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English communication and responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating and converting leads into clients, and managing the process end-to-end. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with a passion for driving growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and Identify Prospects:
Conduct market research to identify potential leads and decision-makers within target industries. - Generate Leads:
Use tools and methods such as email campaigns, social media, and cold calling to generate leads and build a strong pipeline. - Outreach:
Execute personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to engage potential clients. - Qualify and Convert Leads:
Understand customer needs and pain points, qualify prospects, and convert them into active clients. - Manage CRM:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the CRM system, tracking the progress of leads through the pipeline. - Track and Report Metrics:
Monitor and report on lead generation performance, including lead volume, conversion rates, and ROI. - Market Analysis:
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine lead generation strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum
2 years of proven experience
in lead generation or sales, specifically working with
US and UK clients - Fluent English communication
(spoken and written) - Proven ability to
handle the complete sales cycle independently
– from lead generation to client conversion - Familiarity with digital marketing tactics like email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
