Remote Performance Marketer + Operations Manager

Salary: ₹25,000/month

Working Days & Time: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Location: Remote

About the Role:

We're hiring someone who can take ownership of performance marketing and content operations across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, , and Google My Business.

You'll work directly with the founder and act as the second line of leadership in a fast-growing healthcare-focused marketing agency. We work with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and wellness brands.

You don't need to know everything from Day 1 — but you must have a strong marketing sense, curiosity, and the hunger to learn and lead.

Core Responsibilities:Performance Marketing
  • Run and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads (B2C & B2B)
  • Manage both client and in-house accounts
  • Build strategies to generate leads and improve CPL, ROAS, CTR
  • Work with editors/designers to get creatives made on time
  • Track, report, and improve performance week-on-week
Digital Marketing + Execution Responsibilities

YouTube Channel Management

  • Own the growth of multiple YouTube channels
  • Research content ideas, trending topics, titles, thumbnails
  • Coordinate with editors and manage upload timelines
  • Build and manage content calendars and shoot schedules

Google My Business (GMB)

  • Post weekly updates across GMB listings
  • Track and improve views, calls, directions, and overall performance
  • Ensure every listing grows month-on-month

& Personal Branding

  • Write and post content for doctors' personal brands
  • Maintain consistency in tone, relevance, and professionalism
  • Stay aligned with insights and trends shared by the founder

AI Tools and Automation

  • Use tools like ChatGPT, CapCut, Canva, and Midjourney to work faster
  • Keep improving workflows using smart tools
  • Help the team stay updated and adopt better execution methods
You're a Good Fit If You:
  • Have 1–3 years of performance marketing experience
  • Understand what makes good creatives, hooks, and messaging
  • Are eager to learn YouTube SEO, GMB growth, and strategy
  • Are reliable, self-driven, and don't need micro-management
  • Can manage timelines, teams, and execution with ownership
  • Own a laptop and have a stable internet connection
