Job Description:

We are seeking a results-oriented digital marketing professional with a passion for scaling campaigns, leading teams, and building client relationships.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the development of our agency's performance marketing practice across paid channels. As a key member of our team, you will oversee strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns while serving as the go-to advisor for clients.

  • Reporting structure: Director/Head of Digital Marketing
  • Direct reports: Paid media specialists, analysts, and contractors
  • Impact areas: Paid media strategy, client success, campaign performance, revenue growth, and team leadership
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Paid Media Strategy & Execution
  2. Design and implement ROI-focused strategies across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, and other performance platforms.
  3. Campaign Management
  4. Lead end-to-end campaign planning, optimization, testing, and scaling to exceed performance KPIs.
  5. Client Management
  6. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts; build trust, present insights, and provide strategic recommendations.
  7. Team Leadership
  8. Mentor and manage junior team members; oversee external contractors to ensure quality execution.
  9. Performance Analysis
  10. Monitor campaign metrics, conduct deep-dive analyses, and generate actionable insights and reports.
  11. Budget Allocation
  12. Allocate and optimize budgets across multiple platforms to maximize ROI.
  13. Cross-functional Collaboration
  14. Partner with creative, content, and account management teams to align campaign messaging with broader client strategies.
Requirements:
  • 5–7+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with proven success in scaling paid media campaigns.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Campaign Manager.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Ads.
  • Strong understanding of attribution models, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proficiency with analytics and project management tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, HubSpot, Asana, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 7–10 years of experience, with at least 3+ in an agency leadership role.
  • Additional certifications (e.g., Google Analytics 4, HubSpot, Amazon Ads).
  • Experience in high-growth industries such as SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, or D2C brands.
  • Strong record of managing teams and mentoring talent.
  • Exposure to international markets and multi-language campaign management.
