We are looking for a talented Medical Writer to join our team as a Senior Content Strategist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical and scientific writing, with expertise in medico-marketing/marketing communications.

The successful candidate must have experience managing a team of content writers, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality communication materials that support client goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create compelling content that aligns with business objectives, including scientific manuscripts, marketing collateral, and educational content.
  • Develop and manage content teams, ensuring optimal utilization and quality output.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce cohesive and effective communication materials.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to industry guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, pharmacy) is required.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in medical communications, medical writing, or a related field, with 2+ years as people manager/team lead.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, including knowledge of clinical trials, drug development, regulatory processes, and marketing activities.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex scientific concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Proficiency with industry-specific software and tools.
