Role OverviewWe are hiring an experienced Inside Sales Counsellor for our Bangalore office who can handle high-volume calling and close monthly sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesMake 200+ outbound/inbound calls daily OR maintain minimum 3 hours talk-time.Convert leads into confirmed clients (target: 3 sales per month).Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp & CRM.Explain services clearly and confidently.Maintain strong follow-ups until closure.Update CRM with accurate lead notes.Share daily reports with the manager.RequirementsMinimum 3+ years of Inside Sales experience.Strong communication skills (English + local language).Proven track record of closing sales.Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environment.Should be consistent in calling discipline and follow-ups.Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 (based on experience & performance).Incentives: ₹10,000 – ₹50,000+ per month (target-based).Performance Bonus: Quarterly.Career Growth: Senior Counsellor → Team Leader → Manager.Work DetailsLocation: BangaloreTiming: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PMWork type: Office-based (no field work)
