Role Overview We are hiring an experienced Inside Sales Counsellor for our Bangalore office who can handle high-volume calling and close monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities Make 200+ outbound/inbound calls daily OR maintain minimum 3 hours talk-time. Convert leads into confirmed clients (target: 3 sales per month). Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp & CRM. Explain services clearly and confidently. Maintain strong follow-ups until closure. Update CRM with accurate lead notes. Share daily reports with the manager. Requirements Minimum 3+ years of Inside Sales experience. Strong communication skills (English + local language). Proven track record of closing sales. Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environment. Should be consistent in calling discipline and follow-ups. Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 (based on experience & performance). Incentives: ₹10,000 – ₹50,000+ per month (target-based). Performance Bonus: Quarterly. Career Growth: Senior Counsellor → Team Leader → Manager. Work Details Location: Bangalore Timing: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM Work type: Office-based (no field work)
