Role Overview We are hiring an experienced Inside Sales Counsellor for our Bangalore office who can handle high-volume calling and close monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities - Make 200+ outbound/inbound calls daily OR maintain minimum 3 hours talk-time. - Convert leads into confirmed clients (target: 3 sales per month). - Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp & CRM. - Explain services clearly and confidently. - Maintain strong follow-ups until closure. - Update CRM with accurate lead notes. - Share daily reports with the manager. Requirements - Minimum 3+ years of Inside Sales experience. - Strong communication skills (English + local language). - Proven track record of closing sales. - Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Should be consistent in calling discipline and follow-ups. Salary & Benefits - Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 (based on experience & performance). - Incentives: ₹10,000 – ₹50,000+ per month (target-based). - Performance Bonus: Quarterly. - Career Growth: Senior Counsellor → Team Leader → Manager. Work Details - Location: Bangalore - Timing: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM - Work type: Office-based (no field work)
