Role OverviewWe are hiring an experienced Inside Sales Counsellor for our Bangalore office who can handle high-volume calling and close monthly sales targets.Key Responsibilities- Make 200+ outbound/inbound calls daily OR maintain minimum 3 hours talk-time.- Convert leads into confirmed clients (target: 3 sales per month).- Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp & CRM.- Explain services clearly and confidently.- Maintain strong follow-ups until closure.- Update CRM with accurate lead notes.- Share daily reports with the manager.Requirements- Minimum 3+ years of Inside Sales experience.- Strong communication skills (English + local language).- Proven track record of closing sales.- Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environment.- Should be consistent in calling discipline and follow-ups.Salary & Benefits- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 (based on experience & performance).- Incentives: ₹10,000 – ₹50,000+ per month (target-based).- Performance Bonus: Quarterly.- Career Growth: Senior Counsellor → Team Leader → Manager.Work Details- Location: Bangalore- Timing: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM- Work type: Office-based (no field work)
