Key Responsibilities Summary:

  1. Healthcare Training Expertise: Must have experience managing healthcare process training (e.g., US healthcare, insurance, HIPAA compliance) in international BPO settings.
  2. Training & Quality Oversight: Manage new hire training, OJT performance, and ensure quality benchmarks (e.g., first-pass yield) are met.
  3. Stakeholder & Team Leadership: Partner with Operations, clients, and trainers to align training with business goals and reduce attrition.
  4. Continuous Improvement: Optimize training content, costs, and processes for healthcare BPO workflows.
  5. Metrics-Driven: Track ROI, batch productivity, and report performance to management.

Focus: Healthcare BPO training, compliance, and operational efficiency in a global setup.

Qualifications

  • Graduation / Postgraduate / with any Training Certifications
  • Extensive experience in US Healthcare/BPO with Ideal candidate would be minimum 10+ years' experience in U.S Healthcare Process Training WITH MIN 14-18+ years over all experience, with 5+ Years in Training Leadership roles.
