They enhances the effectiveness of these ITI's and vocational training institutions by providing high Quality Training Programs like the Management Development Curriculum Development, Industry Institute Linkage, Upgrading and Standardization of IT Is to Directors and Principal, Employability and Career Development Skills, Life Skills, Work skills and Advanced Training of Trainers ToT programs, Entrepreneurs Development Program and facility, Student exchange programs.

Reports to: Program Manager

Role Summary:

The Executive – Training & Operations will support the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of vocational training programs across partner institutions. The role involves liaising with training partners, tracking progress, ensuring quality delivery, and facilitating capacity-building workshops and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Support & Coordination

- Assist in the rollout of training programs across centers.
- Coordinate with trainers, training partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor training schedules, attendance, and completion status.
- Ensure training content and delivery align with curriculum and industry standards.

Operational Management

- Maintain documentation for all training-related activities, including reports, attendance, feedback, and certifications.
- Support logistics for workshops, field visits, and review meetings.
- Track inventory and materials used in training programs.
- Assist in organizing TOT (Training of Trainers), student assessments, and placement drives.

Partner & Stakeholder Engagement

- Regularly communicate with training institutes and local coordinators to resolve challenges.
- Provide on-ground support during training audits and evaluations.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation of new training partners.

Monitoring & Evaluation

- Collect, compile, and analyze data from training centers (enrollments & dropouts,
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for internal and donor reporting.
- Conduct periodic feedback surveys from trainees and trainers to identify areas of improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Social Work, Education, Management, or related fields).
- Experience: 1–3 years in training coordination, NGO operations, skill development, or education sector.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of data entry/reporting tools (e.g., MIS systems, Google Sheets).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational ability and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and at least one local language (Kannada preferred for Bangalore-based roles).

Desirable:

- Experience with government or donor-funded skill development programs
- Familiarity with skilling ecosystem, industry standards, and vocational curriculum frameworks.
