ROLE SPECIFICATIONS

Role: Talent Sourcing Partner

Report to: Director

Internal Stakeholders: Principal Partners

Location: Defence Colony, South Delhi

Total Work Experience Range: 9 – 14 years

KEY RESULT AREAS

·       Ability to Identify & attract the finest available talent within or outside the executive search industry

·       Create a visible impact on overall organisational performance through strategic talent acquisition.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Identify and evaluate potential candidates for Grassik ensuring on boarding of high quality and culturally fit talent within established timelines.

- Discuss and ensure strict adherence to timelines for each vacancy.

- Engage candidates through meaningful conversations and build strong relationships within the candidate community.

- Ensuring a seamless and pleasant candidate experience throughout the Recruitment lifecycle till the joining stage.

- Monitor candidate progress to ensure timely joining, promptly resolving any last-minute questions or concerns.

- Ensuring the entire team's presence in office on Day 1 to facilitate in-person introductions.

- Orientation: Guide all new hires through the introduction docket and aligning them to the internal culture, policies and operational procedures of the organisation.

- Proactively monitor employee feedback platforms, including Glassdoor and Ambition Box, ensuring each review receives a timely and thoughtful response

- Manage all Employer Branding initiatives including the Great Places to Work Study

- Coordinate one-on-one meetings for all new hires with each Partner.  

- Draft all Employee communication regarding scheduling of Social functions, meetings and reviews.

- Provide support in organising and executing of all internal social events.
