Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to assist in our recruitment process, identifying top talent. This role will provide valuable insights into the recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source potential candidates through various channels
  • Screen resumes and applications, identifying candidates that meet role requirements
  • Conduct initial phone or virtual interviews to assess candidates' qualifications
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Support the recruitment team with scheduling, follow-ups, and candidate communication
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate details
  • Draft job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms
  • Assist with employer branding activities, creating content for social media posts related to hiring
Requirements:
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Psychology, or related fields
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Passionate about problem-solving
