Key Result Areas

- Partner with Functions to drive Capability Enhancement, Succession Building & Talent pipeline.
- Lead employer branding initiative,Employee Life Cycle Management,induction process.
- Partner with employees and act as a bridge to enhance productivity.
- HR facilitation roles like induction, onboarding,joining facilitation etc.
- End-end recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources including references,portals,Linked in etc.
- Create Job description after interaction with stakeholders and deptt. heads.

Incumbent profile:

- MBA-HR with 5 years exp in generalist HR and talent acquisition preferably in financial services/investment management co.
- Exposure to HR Operations and other domains of HR.
