Technical Sales Representative

Sales & Development:Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and networking.Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in manufacturing industries.Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and client meetings.Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.Generate and qualify leads through industrial visits, trade shows, and online research.Maintain a database of potential clients and follow up on inquiries.Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, addressing customer concerns and queries.Assist clients in selecting the right machinery based on their requirements.Ensure timely follow-ups on quotations, proposals, and contract renewals. Marketing Support:Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products.Work closely with the digital marketing team to generate online leads and manage social media promotions.Provide sales forecasts and develop strategies to achieve set targets.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in machinery manufacturing or industrial products.REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.Specific Skills:Strong technical understanding of industrial machinery and equipment.Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and field visits – Mandatory.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
