Job Summary:We are hiring a motivated and result-driven Inside Sales Representative for our Odhav office. This is a daily target-based sales role, responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining products/services, and converting leads into sales.

  • Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to potential and existing customers
  • Pitch products/services to meet daily and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain and follow up with a pipeline of prospects
  • Update customer records and interactions in the CRM system
  • Coordinate with the Sales Manager for daily reporting and goal setting
  • Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
  • Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams
