Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls, managing customer accounts, generating leads, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential and existing customers to understand their needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working closely with the sales team to achieve company sales goals.
Qualifications

- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience in Account Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the electronics industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
