Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Direct Sales Representative (DSR) specializing in HCV parts for Tata and Leyland, catering to road and mining contractors near Raipur. The DSR will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing relationships with contractors, providing product information, negotiating sales terms, and following up on client queries. Tasks include creating sales reports, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery. Some work from home is acceptable, but the role primarily requires presence in Raipur.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills: Experience in identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and negotiating sales terms.
  • Product Knowledge and Industry Expertise: Familiarity with HCV parts for Tata and Leyland, particularly in road and mining sectors.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal skills suitable for client interaction.
  • Analytical and Reporting Skills: Ability to create detailed sales reports and analyze market trends.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with both in-office and remote responsibilities.
  • Experience with CRM software and tools is beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
