Role Summary

As the Growth Manager for Times Card, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling one of Times Internet’s most exciting fintech initiatives. You’ll take ownership of digital acquisition and growth, running data-driven campaigns across search, social, programmatic, and affiliate channels to bring Times Card to the relevant audience. This role gives you the chance to shape the marketing engine of a fast-growing co-branded credit card business, and make a direct impact on customer growth and business outcomes. Work Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute the digital acquisition strategy for Times Co-brand Credit Cards across paid search, paid social, display, affiliates, and programmatic channels.
  • Collaborate with product and brand teams to align performance marketing with overall business objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end paid campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic DSPs, and affiliate networks.
  • Drive continuous A/B testing on ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages for optimal conversion.
  • Scale performance marketing campaigns while optimizing CAC, LTV, and ROI.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, conversions, and funnel drop-offs.
  • Use advanced tools to measure attribution and optimize media spends.
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for senior leadership.
  • Partner with product, design, and tech teams to optimize user journeys and digital assets for conversion.
  • Align with offline and brand marketing teams to ensure integrated campaigns.


Skills, Experience & Expertise


  • Strong understanding of digital media buying, campaign execution, and attribution models.
  • 3-5 years proven experience in performance marketing for financial products, fintech, or lifestyle products.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic platforms, and affiliate marketing.
  • Deep analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, SQL, Google Analytics/GA4, and dashboarding tools.
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to balance aggressive growth with cost efficiency.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership and accountability.

Eligibility

  • 3-5 years proven experience in performance marketing for financial products, fintech, or lifestyle products.
  • Graduate and above
