You’ll be responsible for driving measurable growth through data-driven strategies and smart ad spend management.Key Responsibilities:Plan and run paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms.Optimize campaign performance for lead generation, conversions, and ROI.Conduct A/B tests, analyze data, and improve cost per acquisition (CPA/CAC).Manage and track daily budgets, bids, and key growth metrics.Collaborate with the content and design teams to create high-performing ad creatives.Implement SEO and retargeting strategies to boost campaign efficiency.Collaborate with influencers and content creators to plan and execute campaigns that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across digital platforms.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (Google, Meta, or LinkedIn Ads).Proven track record of managing ad budgets and achieving measurable results.Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Search Console.Basic understanding of SEO, funnels, and landing page optimization.Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
