The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients, resolving their queries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, the Customer Support Executive will also be responsible for managing spare parts inventory and ensuring that customers receive their parts in a timely manner.Key Responsibilities:Customer Support:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat- Provide accurate and timely information about our products and services- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issuesSpare Parts Management:- Manage spare parts inventory levels and ensure that stock levels are adequate- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of spare parts to customers- Track and resolve any issues related to spare parts delivery- Maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory and customer orders- Identify opportunities to improve spare parts management processesAdditional Responsibilities:- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and experience- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies- Participate in training and development programs to improve customer support skills- Meet customer support metrics and targets, such as response time and resolution rateRequirements:- 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Basic knowledge of inventory management and logistics- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools- Ability to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred Qualifications:- Experience in managing spare parts inventory- Knowledge of inventory management software- Certification in customer support or a related fieldWhat We Offer:- Competitive salary and benefits package- Opportunities for career growth and development- Collaborative and dynamic work environment- Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance
