  • Should have worked with the local consultants and aware of the BMS/IBMS market,
  • Savvy on latest trends in the BMS industry, handle tenders (Major Private),
  • willing to learn new tools and work under stringent MIS systems.
  • Preferably having experience of handling Project Sales
  •  Should have experience in working with HVAC Consultants, HVAC Contractors, Builders, developers, Hospitality Partners, Healthcare
  • Ready to Travel
  • Responsible for Order Booking & Revenue for the Year & on month-on-month basis
  • Responsible for Generating Lead to Order Closure
  • Good experience in the Assigned Market

  Products :

BMS, Fire Alarm System, Security products (CCTV Cameras, Access Control systems etc)

  Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8+ Years
  • Must have a proven track record of developing and closing net new business.
  • Must have strong presentation skills and demonstrated experience pricing systems for customers.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related discipline
  • Region Handling – UP & UK.
