Position: Sales & Business Development ManagerExperience: 8 - 15 Years of experienceLocation: Pimpri-Chinchwad, PuneWork mode- 6 days Work from OfficeJob Description:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional with strong experience inthe modular supports industry, MEP project sales, Industrial projects to drive sales growth,expand market share, and build strong relationships with dealers and distributors. The idealcandidate should have proven expertise in channel sales, B2B sales, and retail networkmanagement, with a deep understanding of the Industrial project industry brownfield as wellas greenfield business.Roles & Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development• Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory by driving primary andsecondary sales.• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and marketpenetration.• Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and institutional clients.• Drive business growth through both retail and B2B channels.2. Channel Management• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, andretailers.• Ensure effective product placement and visibility at point-of-sale.• Monitor stock levels and manage inventory to ensure availability and timelyreplenishment.• Handle dealer issues, claims, and resolve disputes efficiently.• Manage the field sales representatives and work toward achieving the targetsworking in alignment with the dealers.3. Market Expansion & Strategy• Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets within the region.• Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities, pricing, andtrends.• Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotionalcampaigns.• Meet and build relations in the market with MEP consultants, Principalcontractors, Architects & Structural consultants.• Arrange and manage regular meets with consultants in the industry forknowledge sharing and networking to generate connections and new leads.4. Team Collaboration & Reporting• Coordinate with internal teams, including Design team, pre-sales,supply chain,marketing, and finance, to ensure smooth operations.• Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and business performance analysis.• Train and mentor channel partners to drive better performance andproductivity.Required Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Production/equivalent or relatedfield (MBA preferred).Experience: 8 to 15 years of proven sales experience modular supports industry, MEPproject sales, Industrial projects industry.Job Highlights:• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Production/equivalent or related field; 8-15 years ofsales experience in modular supports industry, mechanical product sales, PEB Sales orfrom MEP industry having strong network in Western region in India.• Drive sales growth, develop strategic sales plans, manage dealer relationships, andconduct market analysis.Candidate Profile-Required Skills:1. 8 to 15 years of proven sales experience modular supports industry, MEP projectsales, Industrial projects industry.2. Strong network of dealers, distributors, and B2B customers in West India.3. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.4. Strong business acumen with the ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions.5. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of CRM tools.6. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
