What You'll Own

  • Strategize and drive performance across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn—from concept to conversion.
  • Partner with global clients to translate their business goals into killer campaign strategies.
  • Master technical marketing: GTM, UTM tagging, attribution modelling, GA4 & BI dashboards, A/B & multivariate testing.
  • Forecast budgets, optimize for ROAS/CPA, scale campaigns, and own spend allocation.
  • Inspire cross-functional collaboration—syncing with creative, analytics, content, and BI teams.
  • Mentor junior talent and build a high-performance culture from the ground up.
  • Operate with full ownership—own the results, the deadlines, the spotlight.

Who You Are

  • 5–7 years in performance marketing, with solid experience across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn campaigns—bonus if you've handled US/UK clients.
  • A tech whiz—comfortable with GA4, ad dashboards, tracking frameworks, Excel/SQL fluency.
  • A natural leader—capable of running solo while lifting the team's game.
