Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Identify and generate leads for staffing and recruitment services across India and the Middle East.
  • Sales Outreach: Utilize Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools to build a strong client pipeline.
  • Client Engagement: Present and pitch our staffing and recruitment solutions to potential clients, ensuring alignment with their business needs.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients; act as a trusted partner for their recruitment needs.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and hiring patterns to identify opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the internal recruitment team to deliver seamless service to clients.
  • Flexible Support: Manage business development activities across multiple time zones, ensuring responsiveness to clients in both India and the Middle East.


Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development, preferably within staffing, recruitment, or HR services.
  • Proven ability to generate new business leads and convert them into clients.
  • Strong knowledge of and other lead generation platforms for sales outreach.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in account management and client servicing.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to different time zones.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and result-driven professional with a focus on meeting targets.
