Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Trainee to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals passionate about sales, business development, and client relationship management. As a Business Development Trainee, you will assist in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the growth of our talent outsourcing services. You will be trained and mentored to develop the necessary skills to excel in the business development field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
    Assist in identifying and generating new business leads through market research, cold calling, email outreach, and networking.

  • Client Engagement:
    Support the Business Development team in reaching out to potential clients, introducing The Golden Rise's services, and setting up meetings for further discussions.

  • Sales Support:
    Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and follow-up emails, ensuring a professional and compelling approach to potential clients.

  • Market Research:
    Conduct research on market trends, competitor offerings, and potential clients to identify opportunities for business expansion.

  • Relationship Building:
    Help develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and requirements to align with our services.

  • CRM Management:
    Assist in updating and managing client information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure accurate tracking of communications and progress.

  • Sales Performance Tracking:
    Monitor and report on key business development metrics, including lead conversion rates, pipeline status, and overall sales performance.

  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with senior business development managers, sales, and recruitment teams to align efforts and deliver effective solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

  • Skills:

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • A proactive, self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
    • Basic understanding of sales and business development processes.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools or sales software is a plus (though not required).
    • Strong research and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
