- Plan and coordinate production engineering processes daily to produce high-quality products.
- Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.
- Proper day-to-day production postings in SAP.
- Delivering the set targets by the Management.
- Maintaining the Workflow checklist as per QMS guidelines for Batch Production.
- Maintaining the Day to Production reports in the form of Excel.
- Training Operators on Production SOP.
- Planning of inventory for Batch Production.
- Monitoring machine and Manpower for better outputs.
- Identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to the Manager immediately.
- Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations as per QMS.
- Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production.
- Maintaining the GDP and GMP on the production floor.
- Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements.
- Maintaining log books and other documents related to daily production activity.
- Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for production activities.
- Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals.
- Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality, and reliability.
- Investigate problems, analyze root causes, and derive resolutions.
