What You'll Do As a Presales Lead , you will: ·        Customer Support: o  Address product performance issues and manage quality concerns with effective internal responses. o  Integration Products to be resold in India. o  Oversee return processes, root cause analyses, and corrective actions. ·        Revenue Management: o  Coordinate with Area VP and sales operations for forecasting, PO management, pricing, and customer delivery. o  Drive key metrics, including revenue and conversion performance. ·        Customer Relationship Management: o  Build strong customer connections through effective campaign management, quoting, and contract negotiations. o  Ensure seamless data accuracy and manage leads with tools like SFDC. ·       Marketing & Communication: o  Organize local marketing activities, conferences, and events. o  Liaise with marketing and inside sales teams for lead generation. o  Facilitate management communication across stakeholders. ·       Business Process Management: o  Run data-driven operations by gathering and reporting sales forecasts, WIPs, and ad hoc analytics. o  Drive process efficiencies and ownership for operational excellence. Who You Are Required Skills & Experience : ·       Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer's or a related field with 4-8 years of relevant experience in metering domain. ·       Proven analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills. ·       Familiarity with tools for revenue planning, forecasting, and sales management. ·       Willingness to travel (0-15%). Preferred Skills & Experience : ·       Experience in process improvement and dashboard reporting (e.g., Power BI). ·       Knowledge of electrical utility, telecommunications, or energy technologies. ·       Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
