Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and well-connected Sales Head to drive our AI trained software system sales to FIBC manufacturers (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container) in both domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the FIBC industry, established networks, and a proven track record in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development & Sales: Identify and generate new leads, develop relationships, and convert opportunities into sales.
  • Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to expand business in domestic and international markets.
  • End-to-End Sales Management: Handle the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and managing post-sales relationships.
  • Industry Expertise: Understand the challenges faced by FIBC manufacturers, especially related to defect identification and financial losses.
  • Data Analysis & Forecasting: Utilize sales data to create reports, review performance, and develop strategic sales forecasts.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales operations and customer satisfaction.


RequirementsKey Requirements:
  • Strong connections in the FIBC industry (domestic & international).
  • In-depth knowledge of FIBC products, markets, and sales trends.
  • Proven experience in selling FIBC products in domestic and international markets.
  • Ability to identify and address customer pain points, particularly regarding defect identification and associated losses.
  • Strong lead generation and deal-closing skills.
  • Excellent data analysis and strategic planning abilities for performance review and forecasting.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
