Job Title: Training Manager – BPOLocation: Chennai – AMBITExperience: 8+ YearsRole Overview:We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead end-to-end training initiatives in a BPO environment. The ideal candidate will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that ensure workforce readiness, client satisfaction, and seamless project transitions.Key Responsibilities- Deliver New Hire Induction and Calendar Training Programs.- Research client products/services and provide training solutions during the RFP stage.- Act as a training consultant during new project transitions and deployments.- Support agents during Pilot & Nesting phases, ensuring smooth transition to production.- Conduct technology training for new engineers as per business requirements.- Administer Training Need Analysis (TNA) and skill gap assessments; deliver refresher training for tenured engineers.- Design curriculum, develop content, lab scenarios, and case studies.- Create and deliver training on emerging technologies via classroom, online, or blended formats.- Ensure learner satisfaction and application of skills on the job.- Monitor, track, and measure training effectiveness.- Continuously upgrade knowledge and obtain certifications on new/emerging technologies.Job SpecificationsKnowledge, Skills & Abilities- Strong knowledge of Networking at SOHO (Small Office/Home Office) level.- Proficiency in Desktop Operating Systems.- Excellent interpersonal and client interfacing skills.- Strong presentation and delivery skills.- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.- Resilience under pressure with a focus on results.Desired Candidate Profile:- 8+ years of experience in training management within BPO/IT services.- Proven expertise in curriculum design, content development, and technology training delivery.- Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.- Certifications in emerging technologies or training methodologies preferred.
