**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Classroom Management**: Monitor live virtual classes conducted via Zoom, ensuring smooth delivery of training sessions.
- **Technical Support**: Provide basic troubleshooting support for Zoom-related technical issues during live sessions.
- **Attendance Management**: Track participant attendance and engagement, addressing any issues promptly.
- **Document Maintenance**: Ensure all required documentation for each class, including attendance records, feedback forms, training materials, and evaluation sheets, is properly maintained and up-to-date.
- **Schedule Coordination**: Manage and organize training schedules, including evening and weekend batches.
- **Communications**: Send reminders and notifications to participants regarding upcoming sessions.
- **Reporting**: Maintain and submit reports on attendance, participant feedback, and class performance.
- **Instructor Support**: Assist trainers in setting up and managing their online sessions, ensuring that all necessary materials and tools are prepared.
- **Participant Assistance**: Be available to answer questions from attendees before, during, and after training sessions.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience with Zoom**: Proficient in using Zoom, including features like breakout rooms, screen sharing, and participant management.
- **Flexibility**: Ability to work evening shifts (until 11:30 PM IST) and Sunday sessions with alternate leave options.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- **Communication Skills**: Clear and professional verbal and written communication.
- **Tech Savvy**: Comfortable with digital tools and online learning platforms.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively with instructors and other team members.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
