Training Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage trainer schedules and availability to ensure smooth training delivery.
- Maintain accurate trackers for training sessions, trainer allocation, attendance, and feedback collection.
- Facilitate effective communication between trainers, participants, management, and external stakeholders.
- Support project teams by ensuring timelines, deliverables, and expectations are met.
- Handle conflicts or disputes among stakeholders with calmness, composure, and professionalism.
- Prepare and share reports on training/project progress, performance, and outcomes with management.
- Assist in logistics coordination, including venue, resources, and materials for training/project execution.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a composed and calm demeanor under pressure.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail in maintaining trackers and reports.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for tracker management.
- Strong presentation and documentation skills.
- Positive attitude with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

**Must have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in training coordination, project management, or stakeholder management (freshers with exceptional skills may also apply).
- Prior experience in corporate training, education management, or project coordination will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
