**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Training Coordinator** to join our Learning & Development team. You will be responsible for organizing, scheduling, and managing all aspects of training delivery at Testleaf. Your role is critical in ensuring seamless training operations and an excellent learner experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage all training sessions across different technologies (Manual Testing, Automation, API, DevOps, etc.)
- Liaise with trainers, learners, and internal teams to schedule classes and manage logistics.
- Maintain training calendars and ensure timely communication with participants.
- Track learner progress, attendance, and feedback, and generate reports for stakeholders.
- Handle onboarding of new learners and address queries throughout the training lifecycle.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure alignment between enrollments and batch planning.
- Ensure the availability and smooth functioning of training platforms (Zoom, LMS, etc.)
- Continuously gather feedback and work with trainers to improve training content and delivery.
- Support the coordination of assessments, certifications, and project submissions.

**Requirements**:

- Any Bachelor's/ Master degree.
- 0-2 years of experience in coordinating training or educational programs (ed-tech/L&D background).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Zoom/Teams.
- Knowledge with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
