**Coordinator - Training**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Coordinate training sessions and meetings with business coaches and successful entrepreneurs.

2. Maintain effective communication with chapters, ensuring smooth collaboration.

3. Create event materials such as flyers, posters, and other promotional content.

4. Assist in organizing both physical and virtual training sessions.

5. Keep detailed records of training activities and events.

6. Report progress and updates to the Officer Activities.

7. Handle social media marketing, including creating graphics, digital content, and promotional materials.

8. Analyze the performance of social media campaigns.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. Any Bachelor's degree (Business or Marketing is an added advantage).

2. Previous experience in event coordination and Training management is preferred.

3. Strong communication and organizational skills.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must.

5. Excellent typing skills with attention to detail.

6. Ability to create posters, flyers, and digital content; basic graphic design skills are a plus.

7. Familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics.

8. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

**9. Fluent in written and spoken English is essential.**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
