**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct classroom and field training sessions for security guards.
- Train guards on physical fitness, discipline, drills, emergency response, and security procedures.
- Ensure training is conducted as per company guidelines and industry standards.
- Assess trainees’ performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with the management team for smooth training operations.
- Instill confidence, discipline, and professional conduct in trainees.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Retired from the Indian Army/Paramilitary/Defense Services.
- Minimum 15-20 years of service experience (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of security operations, drills, and discipline.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate and mentor trainees.
- Physically fit and able to demonstrate practical training modules.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
