We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Senior Placement Officer** to lead and manage the campus placement efforts and corporate outreach, student career development, and placement coordination. This role is critical in establishing and nurturing industry relationships to secure placement and internship opportunities for students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Placement Planning**:

- Develop and execute strategic placement plans to ensure high placement percentages across all programs.
- **Industry Relations**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, HR professionals, and industry leaders to facilitate campus hiring and internship programs.Organize and coordinate campus placement drives, job fairs, industry visits, and alumni talks.Design and oversee training modules on resume writing, aptitude tests, interview skills, and soft skills enhancement.Maintain accurate placement records, prepare placement reports, and provide analytics to management on placement trends and outcomes.Work closely with faculty, career counselors, and department heads to align student skillsets with industry expectations.Leverage alumni networks for placement opportunities and mentorship programs.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
