## Business Development and Growth Strategy Implementation

- Identify potential customers across assigned regions/markets and establish a supply chain for the appointment of distributor and retailer.
- Research and tap into new/potential business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, clients, partnerships, or opportunities for products and services in existing markets.

## Lead Generation
- Generate leads, cold call prospective clients through the team, and seek out appropriate contacts within potential organizations.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.

## Negotiation and Deal Closure and Contract Management
- Evaluate partners' needs and goals, examine risks and potentials, and develop negotiation strategies by studying the integration of new ventures with company strategies and operations.
