## Business Development and Growth Strategy Implementation

  • Implementation of business growth strategy focused on revenue/profit generation and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify potential customers across assigned regions/markets and establish a supply chain for the appointment of distributor and retailer.
  • Research and tap into new/potential business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, clients, partnerships, or opportunities for products and services in existing markets.
## Lead Generation

  • Generate leads, cold call prospective clients through the team, and seek out appropriate contacts within potential organizations.

## Negotiation and Deal Closure and Contract Management

  • Evaluate partners' needs and goals, examine risks and potentials, and develop negotiation strategies by studying the integration of new ventures with company strategies and operations.

## MIS and Information Sharing

  • Generate MIS and share the reports on trends and insights with the HOD and peers for action and closure.
  • Present weekly market reports & update on agreed time intervals to the HOD on trends/competitors' activity, etc.
## Regulatory and Statutory Compliances

  • Foster a culture of compliance and adherence to the SOPs and norms applicable from time to time.
