The role of the Business Development Executive or a Sales Executive is to focus on finding new clients, ensuring a positive customer experience, and collaborating with the account teams to ensure a smooth transition of accounts into the business.

### Skills & Experience

The essential skills that a Sales Executive or Business Development executive requires are given below:

- Proven 2 years of experience required as a Business Development executive.
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- CRM experience is preferred.
- Think critically when planning to assure project success.
- Client Acquisitions on Upwork and other online Marketplaces for IT projects.

### Skills & Responsibilities and Duties

- Implement the sales & marketing strategy to generate leads
- Managing existing clients and acquiring new clients
- Update and maintain prospect database by recording all prospecting activity on a daily basis
- Maintain high activity level with prospects and timely follow-ups
- Build and maintain sales pipeline status
- Develop the strategy for list building based on researching the target market
- Co-ordinate development of detailed technical proposals with the technical team
- Respond to clients technical queries and follow-ups as needed
- Sending Proposal bid to grab new business opportunities
- Project Bidding using Upwork, Toptal, and other bidding portals.
