Job Title: Associate, Help Desk
Ability to understand the status messages in complex technical situations and get trained on the new process.
ATM incident management.
Good understanding of ATM faults
Troubleshooting on the issues related to ATMs for Managed and Non managed services.
Good at communication Skills, Ability to work on the new requirements.
Good at understanding the requirements and solution designing through process maps.
Optimize to use and manage SLAs and Escalations
Understanding on patching schedule of the ATMS
Preventive testing for accuracy and to identify and resolve problems proactively before these even occur.
Experience of online and ATM test environment management to test software upgrades and scenario-based testing for incorrect dispatches
