Roles & Responsibilities:
Cognizant is seeking a talented Manufacturing Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to join its growing MLEU team to lead one or more of the company strategic account relationships. CRM will play a key role in our growth and are tasked with rapid business expansion within their assigned account(s), including managing business development and delivery objectives, top and bottom line P&L, customer satisfaction, and the overall Account relationship for one or more key account(s).They will lead a team of Client Relationship Managers and possibly other Delivery Managers to perform technical program and project management of geographically disbursed teams using established criteria and professional standards, and work with architecture teams to deliver full life cycle technical solutions.
