About Client Manufacturing of Engine Oils
Position: Trade Marketing
Location: Ahmedabad
Criteria: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, BBA, or a related field (MBA preferred) and 5 years of experience in trade marketing or associated roles within the Indian market.
Other Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English and proficiency in regional languages are a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and software.

Job Responsibility:

Planning: Develop a comprehensive trade marketing plan aligned with company objectives, market dynamics, and consumer behavior trends.

Trade Promotions: Plan and execute impactful trade promotions, incentives, and campaigns to stimulate demand, drive sales growth, and strengthen brand presence across diverse channels.

Merchandising Excellence: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deploy and track merchandising as per channel requirements, approved budget, and brand guidelines.

Retailer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key trade partners, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers, to foster collaboration, support business objectives, and drive mutual growth.

Market Analysis: Continuously gather information from the market on competition activities, branding, etc, and feeding to the marketing manager.

Budget Management: Manage trade marketing budgets efficiently, allocating resources judiciously to maximize ROI while adhering to financial guidelines and targets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product management, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment of trade marketing activities with overall business objectives and promotional calendars.

Agency coordination: Coordinating with trade marketing agencies on executing sign boards, branding, pop deployment, and all types of events within the deadline with good quality workmanship and brand visibility.
