Hiring Senior Account Manager for an AI Based Hiring platform Company

Experience - 3-8 years

Location - Bengaluru

You should be

- Someone with 3-8 years of experience in sales and relationship-building with startups Series B/C/D startups will be a plus) with a track record of success.

- Proven experience in account management, lead generation, and end-to-end sales cycle.

- Demonstrated experience selling to founders, VPs, or CXOs, irrespective of geography.

- Track record of closing deals upwards of Rs 5 Lakhs,

- Prior experience working in an early or growth-stage startup with employee size between 100 to 1000.

- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

- Analytical and data-driven you should be comfortable analyzing data and patterns to drive decision-making processes.

- Background in the tech (developers) domain or the hiring space is preferred.
