Head - Trade Marketing - Construction Business (15-22 yrs)

We are looking for a senior resource with functional and leadership skills to create and lead Head Trade Marketing function in a robust and professional manner with around 15 years' experience or more
Key Deliverables:
1. Lead and implement channel specific marketing strategies and plans to build preference and loyalty among channel partners.
2. Work closely with Sales teams and develop and implement localized campaigns specifically designed to achieve set business goals in micro markets.
3. Lead on-ground activation programs with partners to improve brand connect and visibility among consumers and influencers.
4. Ensure effective deployment of BTL marketing budget across geographies, keeping a track on the productivity of all spends.
5. Develop and manage a set of efficient and effective vendors for various BTL activities and trade events.
6. Develop and manage channel loyalty programs and Rewards and Recognition events.
7. Lead and manage a team of Zonal and State level BTL managers.
Education Qualification & experience:
- Candidate should have an overall experience of 15+ years in relevant field.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
