We offer services in the digital space, broadly divided into four verticals: IT Development, Digital Marketing, Cloud Services, and Resource Augmentation. We operate with a pool of verified agencies across India on our platform.


Job Description: As a Cloud Business Head at Expand My Business, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our footprint in the cloud services market across AWS,GCP and Azure. Leveraging your strong sales acumen, leadership skills, and technical expertise, you will lead a high-performing sales team to achieve aggressive sales targets and drive customer success.


Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in cloud solutions.

● Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive individual and team performance.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT leaders, and procurement decision-makers.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to align sales strategies with business objectives.

● Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to identify new business opportunities and drive innovation.

● Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and contract closure, ensuring a seamless client experience.

● Drive customer engagement and satisfaction through effective communication, solution selling, and value-based consulting.

● Utilize CRM systems and sales analytics tools to track performance metrics, analyze sales data, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. MBA preferred.

● 5-6 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

● Minimum 2 years of experience in AWS cloud sales, with a deep understanding of AWS services, solutions, and value propositions.

● Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience in managing and motivating a sales team to achieve success.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

● Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans, drive business development initiatives, and capitalize on market opportunities.

● Results-oriented mindset with a customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional value and driving customer success.

● AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer) preferred.
