Business Head - Sales & Marketing


Strategic Planning:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.

Team Leadership:

Sales Management:

- Drive the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

- Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

Marketing Management:

- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful, brand-aligned content.

- Utilize digital marketing and social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.

- Use market insights to refine product positioning and enhance marketing effectiveness.

Budget Management:

- Develop and manage the sales and marketing budgets.

- Ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure alignment and synergy across different business functions.

- Work closely with product development and operations teams to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing performance.

- Utilize data analytics to derive actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.
