Job Description: Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize digital campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Bing, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will have expertise in app marketing, analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making to drive performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize UAC & Search campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and Display.
  • Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and create compelling ad creatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console.
  • Manage mobile app tracking with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Firebase, Adjust, or Branch).
  • Provide actionable insights and performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with teams to align campaigns with business goals and stay updated on industry trends.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing successful campaigns on major ad platforms.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and app marketing strategies.
  • Strong data analysis and optimization skills.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms are a plus.
