Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize digital campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, , Bing, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will have expertise in app marketing, analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making to drive performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize UAC & Search campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads, Ads, YouTube, and Display.
- Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and create compelling ad creatives.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console.
- Manage mobile app tracking with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Firebase, Adjust, or Branch).
- Provide actionable insights and performance reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teams to align campaigns with business goals and stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing successful campaigns on major ad platforms.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and app marketing strategies.
- Strong data analysis and optimization skills.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms are a plus.
